Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a 6-month contract HR professional to support talent acquisition, HR operations, and stakeholder management in Novena, Singapore. The role focuses on advising line departments and driving HR processes from recruitment to onboarding and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR experience, familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday, and strong organizational skills. Office-based role with typical Mon–Fri hours in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years HR experience, preferably Business Partnering or Talent Acquisition.
• Healthcare HR operations experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the assigned department.
• Provide HR advisory and support to line managers and employees.
• Support performance management, grievance handling and offboarding.
• Participate in process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives.
