Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking an HR Partner to join the HR Business Partnering team supporting the CLS/MD6 cluster at Kent Ridge Campus. The role involves partnering with business leaders to manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, performance reviews, and talent development.

You will work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and line managers to implement people strategies and address employee matters, contributing to an engaged academic community.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of the Employment Act, labour laws and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.
• AI literacy and the ability to use workplace AI assistants, people analytics dashboards and automated HR software.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative team player who considers the interests of the team and the University.

Responsibilities

• Partner with academic leaders and line managers to provide HR advisory support aligned with goals, policies and practices.
• Manage recruitment, appointment and re-appointment of Principal Investigators and staff across roles.
• Facilitate annual performance reviews and compensation processes.
• Advise and coach managers on HR policies, employee matters and development.
• Manage employee feedback, address workplace concerns and propose solutions.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to implement people strategies.
• Support HR projects and other assigned responsibilities.
