YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited is seeking an experienced Human Capital professional to shape our culture, learning environment and HR digital journey. You will work with business leaders and employees to drive development and engagement across the organisation.

In this role, you will lead corporate learning initiatives, manage sponsorship programmes, and coordinate training grants while advancing our digital HR strategy and workforce analytics to inform decisions.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in L&D/OD/HRBP.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships at different levels.
• Experience in managing learning programmes or HR projects.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver corporate learning and development initiatives to build capabilities and career growth.
• Manage employee sponsorship and development programmes for learning opportunities.
• Coordinate training grants and funding opportunities for workforce capability building.
• Support implementation of the learning strategy and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Lead HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience through technology and process improvements.
• Support HR systems and learning platforms implementation and optimisation.
• Leverage workforce data and analytics to provide insights for decision-making.
• Lead GPTW initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on cross-functional Human Capital projects.
