Job summary

Reeracoen Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting an HR generalist who will deliver the full spectrum of HR functions and provide first-level IT support to users. You will report to the Senior Manager, HR & Admin and work closely with local and regional teams.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, leave management, benefits, policy reviews, and employee relations, plus assist with basic IT tasks and liaise with outsourcing vendors for more complex infrastructure issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and payroll support.
• Familiarity with payroll processing, government claims and benefits programs.
• Basic IT support and coordination with outsourcing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Human Resource Operations: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, records and compliance.
• Payroll & Leave Processing: end-to-end payroll, statutory filings and reporting.
• Basic IT Support & Coordination: first level user help and asset tracking.
