Job summary

Arthrex Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide practical, accurate HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, lifecycle administration, performance cycle coordination, rewards and benefits, HR systems, and compliance.

You will partner with local and regional HR teams, Payroll, Finance and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality employee experience, maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality across all HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices; experience with local compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and employee lifecycle management to support a smooth new hire experience.
• Coordinate Singapore performance management cycle activities and related system tracking.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate enrollments and communications.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure confidential handling of records.
• Support HR compliance activities and policy implementation in Singapore.
• Assist with HR documents, letters and administrative processes; coordinate with Payroll and Finance as needed.
