Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of employee relations, HR operations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employment legislation.
• Experience using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities for Singapore employees.
• Support performance management cycle activities and system tracking.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with communications and documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR data and ensure confidential handling of information.
• Support HR audits, reports and compliance with local requirements.
• Assist with policies, guidelines and employee guidance materials.
