Qualifikationen

• Act as single point of contact for employees and managers in the unit.
• Manage complex HR projects cross-functionally.
• Identify gaps, propose changes and cover risks.
• Build strong internal client relationships and facilitate leadership.
• Drive performance improvement and positive changes in people management.
• Maintain organization vitality charts as performance improves.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local labour laws.
• Guide members through change with ongoing support.
• Perform other duties to support the Quality Management System.
