Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead key HR functions and align HR strategies with business growth. You will drive performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and learning initiatives while coaching managers on feedback and development.

The role requires 7+ years in HR, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

• Utilize analytics to drive results and recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and processes and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Provide oversight and support to the rest of the HR team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead and manage key HR functions such as employee performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, learning and career development.

• Support workforce planning, retention, and succession planning for Exempt employees.
• Drive HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and performance.
• Proactive in proposing HR strategies and policies that support employee initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Possess analytical skills to drive results through data and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Provide guidance and advise on matters relating to the HR policies and processes and to always ensure compliance with the labor laws.
• Provides oversight and support to the rest of the HR team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 7 years experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Meticulous and detailed oriented.
• Enjoys working in a team, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, a self-starter, embraces changes, energetic and has a flexible mindset.
• Only Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.

Other Information

• Working Hours: 7.45am - 4.15pm
