Hilton International Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and a team of team members in a fast-paced hotel environment in Singapore. You will oversee schedules, training, inspections and guest satisfaction while upholding Hilton standards.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and service quality in line with Forbes/LQA

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience in Housekeeping or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures and hotel service standards.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple operational requirements.
• Ability to monitor attendance, productivity and departmental costs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and handling guest concerns professionally.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications in Hospitality/Housekeeping are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Housekeeping in managing daily departmental operations and delegated responsibilities.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, duty assignments, leave and manpower deployment.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, productivity and payroll costs to stay within budget.
• Oversee issuance/return of hotel devices, keys and equipment.
• Ensure timely daily reports, handovers and communications.
• Supervise and coach Housekeeping team members with performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular briefings and training on priorities and standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure VIP and priority rooms are ready on time.
• Monitor room status and ensure timely guestrooms release and inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and service quality meeting Hilton and Forbes/LQA standards.
• Oversee deep cleaning and periodic maintenance programmes.
• Manage inventories of supplies, equipment and chemicals.
• Ensure floral arrangements meet standards and handle guest feedback promptly.
• Monitor outsourced housekeeping workforce performance and compliance with policies.
• Ensure safety procedures and departmental standards are followed.
