Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, restoring power and air conditioning, carrying out repairs to pipes and medical gas systems, and maintaining meticulous maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Fresh Higher NITEC in electrical, mechanical, or facilities management.
• NITEC with 2-3 years building maintenance related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate power supply; provide recommendations to prevent recurrences.
• Troubleshoot air-conditioning faults and restore operation; propose preventive measures.
• Repair burst water pipes, mechanical works, medical gas systems, and other facilities equipment.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate monitoring, reporting, and contractor & vendor management.
