This role will shape a hybrid advisory model delivering personalised experiences for HNW clients while translating advisory into scalable, tech-enabled journeys. You will collaborate with product and engineering to drive growth, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in wealth management or advisory roles.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and AUM growth.
• Deep knowledge of markets, products, and portfolio construction.
• Experience leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Builder mindset to scale advisory models via technology.
• Strong commercial instincts with a client-first approach.
• Familiarity with digital advisory platforms and fintech/startups.
• Licenses or MAS eligibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor advisory team; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Originate and grow high-net-worth relationships.
• Define end-to-end HNW strategy and collaborate with product/engineering to digitise advisory.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align product, compliance, and commercial priorities.
• Drive AUM growth and governance across advisory processes.
