• Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and business development.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact for financial needs.
• Conduct reviews with clients to assess financial circumstances, goals, and risk profiles.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through personalized service and proactive engagement.
• Provide expert advice on private banking products and services including investment management, wealth planning, credit and lending, and banking services.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to advise clients timely.
