Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of healthcare facilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across complex building programs.

The role demands at least 10 years of experience in high-rise projects, a Civil Engineering degree, CPAS Tier B accreditation, BIM Management certification and DfSP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least two completed project cycles.
• At least CPAS Tier B certificate of accreditation.
• Possess BIM Management certification and DfSP (Design for Safety Professional) certification.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
• Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
• Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of daily operations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently, implementing cost-control measures to avoid overruns.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to achieve goals and meet expectations.
