Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive to plan and manage facilities and construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure delivery within cost, time, and quality, while meeting statutory requirements and coordinating with engineers, consultants and contractors.

You will plan feasibility studies, prepare budgets, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and support the department head with cost control and administration.

Formación

• Proven ability to plan feasibility studies and analyze infrastructure costs.
• Experience in budgeting and project scheduling for large facilities.
• Strong project management skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with construction project processes and approvals.
• Understanding of building regulations and statutory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and drive initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Plan feasibility studies and analyze infrastructure construction costs.
• Prepare budgets and project schedules.
• Manage development projects to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Provide design and project engineering support and technical advice.
• Develop concept plans for new facilities.
• Update building plans and architectural drawings.
• Maintain proper documentation and conduct audits on drawings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Assist department head with cost control and daily administration.
• Conduct system studies to improve department procedures.
