Job summary

Oncoshot PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Data Pipeline Engineer to own end-to-end hospital data pipelines, from clinical systems to de-identification and loading into our platform.

You will design, build, and maintain pipelines across on-prem and cloud, with strict privacy, reliability and measurability. This senior role requires hands-on delivery, collaboration with hospital staff, and adherence to ISO27001/PDPA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in software/data engineering.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines.
• Strong Python and Linux development background.
• Experience with restricted/offline hospital-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipelines end to end from hospital systems through de-identification to loading into the Oncoshot platform.
• Deploy into diverse environments including on-prem and cloud, with offline and restricted networks.
• Publish quality metrics for extraction, transformation, and de-identification stages.
• Maintain gold-standard datasets and automated regression gates to preserve quality.
• Monitor production pipelines across sites with privacy-preserving telemetry and remote support.
• Onboard new hospital sites, adapt pipelines to constraints, and hand over runbooks.
• Manage credentials securely and comply with data residency and ISO 27001 requirements.
• Collaborate with hospital IT, clinical, and platform teams to translate performance into actionable insights.
