Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Deputy Group Chief Medical Informatics Officer (Research) invites a Senior/Analyst, Data Science contractor to design and manage data pipelines, ensuring governance, quality and reproducibility across clinical and research datasets.

You will work with clinicians and researchers to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, including analytics platforms and workflows in a governed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in STEM with relevant data science/engineering experience
• 1.5+ years in data engineering/science roles for STEM grads; 4+ years for non-STEM
• Solid SQL, Python and/or R; ETL/ELT experience
• Experience with healthcare data, cloud data platforms and modern data tooling preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines across diverse datasets
• Validate and standardise data quality and governance controls
• Operate enterprise data platforms and manage datasets, metadata and docs
• Implement access controls, de-identification and secure data practices
• Automate engineering and reporting processes; support stakeholders with technical solutions
