Job summary

Mercer Singapore Health Consulting is seeking a talented analyst to join our team in Singapore. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and involves data collection, benchmarking and cost analyses to support employee health and benefits programmes.

You will collaborate with client relations, operations and technology teams, and mentor junior analysts while using Mercer Health tools to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, or transferable experience in an in-house HR or benefits role.
• Well-developed data cleaning, analysis and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and contribute both independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collate and analyse large amounts of data.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required licences in line with state regulations and Mercer policies.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to collect data in line with project requirements.
• Conduct benefits benchmarking, claims analysis, feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis to support plan design decisions.
• Support Health Consultants and Senior Consultants with new business opportunities and sales channel partners.
• Use Mercer Health tools and products effectively to complete project tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Marsh McLennan businesses and Mercer teams to develop intellectual capital for webinars, forums, publications and points of view.
• Guide and train junior analysts as needed.
