Job summary

Micron is seeking a senior validation engineer in Singapore to lead end‑to‑end validation runs for memory platforms. You will own data pipelines, drive coverage for MBIST and Native flows, and architect Verilog simulations to validate silicon changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
• 8+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering.
• At least 1 year of HBM validation experience.
• Test platform code development in C/C++, Python, and APG.
• Strong MBIST (SM3/Cobra) or Native Mode (Advantest V93K) testing.
• Verilog simulation expertise (bench architecture, stimulus, waveform analysis).
• Proven ability to execute ValRuns and high‑speed I/O validation.
• Advanced scripting and data analytics; Confluence/Jira and Git/Perforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Validation execution lead for end‑to‑end runs in a high‑pressure environment.
• Own data pipelines for automated parsing, metrics aggregation and reports.
• Ensure MBIST and Native flow coverage; drive timing and evidence closure.
• Develop and debug test programs; align hardware configs to test intent.
• Architect Verilog simulations to validate hypotheses and content changes.
• Build automation dashboards for anomaly detection and trend analysis.
• Lead silicon debug with cross‑functional teams; drive corrective actions.
• Mentor junior engineers; collaborate with global teams on enablement.
