Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior HBM Customer Systems Validation Engineer to drive system-level validation, failure analysis, and experimentation for customer platforms.

You will design tests, run diagnostic software, develop tools, and present findings to customers and internal teams, collaborating with Product Engineering, FAE, QA, and business units to enable design wins. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience, or 3+ years for a Master’s pathway, with hardware and software balance.

Responsibilities

• Validate system-level performance and analyze failures in customer systems.
• Run and configure diagnostic software, design experiments, and create custom hardware/software tools.
• Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations and engage with memory enablers to attain design wins.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, FAE, QA, and business units; generate 8D/failure docs and implement fixes.
