Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a DEMQRA HBM RMA Engineer to oversee failure analysis of customer-returned HBM products, summarize findings, identify root causes, and establish containment plans.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions and communicate results to customers and internal stakeholders. Formación

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor field; knowledge of DRAM operation, fabrication process and device physics.
• Advanced understanding of electronic circuits.
• Familiarity with failure analysis, troubleshooting/debugging, packaging, wafer and module testing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer RMA and failure analysis; oversee bench-, system-, and ATE-level analysis; coordinate EFA and PFA; interpret findings.
• Drive corrective actions with manufacturing and engineering; translate analyses into customer-friendly conclusions; identify trends and communicate improvements.
• Summarize RMA background, investigations, and FA results; provide containment info and risk assessments; generate FA reports for customers.
