Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering required.
• 5+ years in semiconductor field with DRAM knowledge advisable.
• Experience in failure analysis, troubleshooting and debugging.
• Familiarity with DRAM fabrication process and device physics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.
• Proficiency with Unix, Cadence, and uMate preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in teams and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze failed components from reliability testing and classify failures.
• Interpret historical test results and adjust testing parameters.
• Perform visual inspection and reference schematics to find defects.
• Coordinate with PYE/CSAM/FO/PFA groups for deeper analysis.
• Document failures and communicate results to teams.
• Respond to equipment issues and assist with repair or upgrades.
• Provide training for lab users and new hires on equipment use.
• Develop FA software and contribute to FA database management.
