5+ years of project management experience in engineering environments.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex projects.
Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage End-to-End Projects – lead multiple engineering projects from planning through delivery.
Manage Project Budgets and Timelines – prepare budgets, plans, and schedules and monitor progress.
Manage Customers and Project Scope – work with customers to define scope and handle changes.
Lead Engineering Teams – coordinate mechanical, electrical, electronics and software disciplines.
Ensure Project Quality and Business Growth – monitor risks and maintain customer relationships.
