Job summary

Our client is seeking a Project Manager (Hardware development) to lead multiple engineering projects from concept through delivery in the Singapore team. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, electronics and software activities, manage customer expectations and ensure timelines, budgets and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Automation or related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience handling complex engineering projects (semiconductor equipment, precision machinery or analytical instruments).
• Strong project management skills: budgets, resources, schedules, costs and delivery.
• Technical understanding to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, electronics and software.
• Leadership and customer management: lead teams, manage customer expectations, negotiate scope and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Projects – from planning and discussions through design, development, testing and final delivery.
• Manage Project Budgets and Timelines – budgets, resource plans, schedules and monitoring.
• Manage Customers and Project Scope – understand requirements, define scope, proposals and changes.
• Lead Engineering Teams – coordinate mechanical, electrical, electronics and software teams.
• Ensure Project Quality and Business Growth – monitor risks, quality, deliverables and customer relationships.
