Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise invites experienced Senior R&D Hardware Design Engineer to join our on-site team in Singapore, focusing on next-generation networking hardware, high-speed digital design, and system-level performance.

You will own complex board designs, drive signal integrity and power integrity decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and help scale devices from concept to production.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years in complex hardware design (servers, high‑end electronics).
• Deep digital and analog circuit design expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Proficient with high-speed design and signal integrity challenges.
• Hands‑on measurement, testing, and characterization of high-speed signals.
• Extensive board-level design experience using Cadence tools (OrCAD/Allegro).

Responsibilities

• Lead and own complex hardware designs from schematic to validation.
• Drive signal integrity, power distribution, and system-level trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with layout, validation, manufacturing, and firmware teams.
• Influence design feasibility, margins, and reliability through analysis.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and empirical testing on new designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design methodology.
• Ensure production‑readiness of designs for global deployment.
