Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore seeks a graduate R&D Hardware Design Engineer to join our Networking team. You’ll work on real hardware, from schematic design to validation, collaborating with global teams and gaining hands-on experience across high-speed digital circuits.

You will be mentored by experienced engineers and have opportunities to develop technical expertise in Cadence tools and power distribution concepts while contributing to next‑generation networking platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering (recent graduate or final-year student).
• Strong foundation in digital and analog circuit design from coursework, labs, or projects.
• Exposure to hardware measurement, testing, or characterization through academic labs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute to hardware design activities, including component selection, schematic design, board bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Work with high-speed digital designs and modern hardware technologies used in real products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to help bring products from concept to production.
• Participate in feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation activities.
• Support lab measurements, testing, and root-cause analysis to meet performance and quality goals.
• You’ll be guided by experienced engineers while building the skills and confidence to grow your career.
