Job summary

Singapore Post Limited seeks an experienced Senior Hard FM and M&E Engineering leader to oversee operations across SPC and SingPost properties. You will own vendor performance, technical audits, and regulatory compliance to safeguard reliability of ACMV, HV/LV systems, lifts, and building fabric.

You will drive AEI and CAPEX projects, energy optimization, and BMS/IOT integration, while mentoring a technical team and coordinating with soft services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services or Facilities Management.
• 8+ years in Hard FM or property engineering, with senior/supervisory experience.
• Professional certifications such as PE, LEW, WSH, Green Mark or energy management qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct Hard FM operations across SPC and other SingPost properties, ensuring 100% reliability of ACMV, HV/LV infrastructure, lifts and building fabric.
• Lead AEI & CAPEX projects, energy optimization, and chiller plant efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee vendor performance governance including QBRs, SLAs, audits, and procurement support.
