Job summary

Singapore Post Ltd is seeking a seasoned Hard FM leader to oversee mechanical and electrical systems, building fabric maintenance, and utility infrastructure across SPC and other SingPost properties. You will own Hard FM vendor governance, SLAs, QBRs, and technical audits, while driving AEI and CAPEX initiatives to optimize energy use and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years in Hard FM, M&E, building services or property engineering; senior tech/supervisory experience.
• Professional licenses or certifications (e.g., PE, LEW, WSH, Green Mark) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hard FM operations across SPC and other SingPost properties, ensuring 100% ACMV/HVAC uptime.
• Oversee HV/LV infrastructure, generators, UPS, pumps, and plumbing with statutory compliance.
• Drive AEI, CAPEX projects, energy optimization and CAPEX budgets; manage vendor performance and QBRs.
