Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Growth Analytics, to own analytics for acquiring, activating, and retaining users globally. The role combines channel measurement, campaign evaluation, and the development of AI-powered analytics tools to scale insights for growth and product teams.

You will partner with growth leads and PMs, design experiments, and apply LLM-based solutions to democratize data access across the organization. A crypto/fintech background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (CS/Stats/Math/Economics).
• 5+ years in data science or growth analytics; fintech/crypto preferred.
• Experience with growth analytics stack, funnel, cohort retention, and experimentation.
• Crypto industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Measure acquisition channels, activation, and retention; surface actionable signals in real time.
• Lead analytics for growth campaigns, promotions, and events; design scalable measurement.
• Develop cohort analyses, activation and retention models across the user lifecycle.
• Design and execute A/B tests with rigorous statistical readouts.
• Build AI-powered analytics tools and self-serve pipelines for growth and product teams.
