• Monitor paid media/growth metrics across global markets and identify anomalies and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end execution of paid ads initiatives across cross-functional teams; plan, scope, deliver, and track outcomes.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and workflows; champion AI-native practices.
