Digital Edge DC, Asia Pacific's leading data center platform, seeks a Senior Group Consolidation & Technical Accounting Lead based in Singapore. You will drive the Group's consolidation, financial reporting and technical accounting with hands-on execution and leadership across the region.

The role requires strong IFRS expertise, multi-entity consolidation, and collaboration with Group Finance and external auditors to deliver accurate and timely results.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally with Big 4 and commercial exposure.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and Group consolidation experience.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation experience.
• Experience preparing technical accounting papers and consolidated financial statements.
• Experience managing external audits and significant accounting judgments.
• ERP and consolidation systems; NetSuite experience would be an advantage.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to review complex issues.

Aufgaben

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation and reporting process.
• Review country submissions and consolidation adjustments, including intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
• Lead assessment of complex IFRS accounting matters and determine Group position.
• Prepare and review technical accounting papers and memos for significant transactions.
• Develop and maintain Group accounting policies with IFRS interpretation.
• Lead preparation of Group financial statements and related disclosures.
• Manage Group external audit matters and discussions on significant judgments.
• Review and improve the Group consolidation process, controls and timelines.
• Collaborate with Systems to move toward a system-based consolidation.
