The Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Governance and Grants Manager to strengthen governance frameworks for NAC’s funding initiatives (grants, partnerships and commissions). The role covers funding policy development, process optimisation and compliance monitoring to ensure accountability and effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Internal Audit, coordinate external audits, and drive data analysis and reporting across Our SG Grants portal and related systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in grant management or governance issues, risk management and compliance.
• At least 2 years’ experience in handling data, data analytics and/or managing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders with empathy, persuasion and negotiation.
• Meticulous and organised with a process-oriented working style.

Responsabilités

• Drive and manage governance frameworks for NAC’s funding initiatives, including SOPs, toolkits and guidelines for grant administration processes.
• Work with Internal Audit to review and strengthen internal controls, implement recommendations and track audit observations.
• Coordinate external audit exercises on funded recipients with external auditors and Internal Audit, and recommend improvements.
• Strengthen organisational governance of arts charities through development of health framework or relevant capability programmes.
• Manage OSG (Our SG Grants) portal, supporting internal and external stakeholders in using the system and driving process improvements.
• Track and analyse funding data and related analyses.
