• Academic & Programme Administration: Manage course timetabling, lecturer deployment, facility bookings, and academic resource planning for seminars and postgraduate modules.
• Student Success & Relationship Management: Lead student orientation sessions, resolve academic and operational queries, and maintain warm, professional student support throughout their academic journey.
• University Partner Coordination: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external UK/US university stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and quality assurance.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Assist in developing and refining operational SOPs to maintain high service quality and compliance standards.
• Academic Reporting & Data Management: Maintain precise, up-to-date student records, course evaluations, and academic reports for management and quality audits.
