Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in back-end web development, mainly in Go language.
• Experience with scalable distributed systems architectures is required.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB (or other relational/NoSQL databases).
• Experience with code and design reviews is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and code using Go to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of systems.
• Conduct and participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to explore new designs/architectures for better scaling and performance of back-end services.
• Engage in full-stack performance tuning and optimization.
