Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a production operator to ensure output meets specifications and to support quality, traceability and lean improvements on shift.

You will lead by example, guide team members, and deputise for the Shift Lead as needed. The role involves managing production flow, using MES and PLC systems, maintaining cleanroom standards, and engaging in continuous improvement activities including root-cause analysis and change control.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and specifications.
• Willingness to work in a controlled cleanroom environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Produce and inspect product to meet specifications.
• Operate and monitor MES/PLC systems and manage labeling/inventory with Kanbans.
• Train and mentor operators; support shift handovers and Tier 1 meetings.
