Job summary

Achieve Group Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead the Group Tax team and oversee regional tax matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The role focuses on global tax compliance, driving Pillar 2 (GloBE) implementation, and partnering with the business on strategic cross-border planning and initiatives, reporting to the Head of Tax, with close collaboration across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, or related field.
• 6–8 years of tax experience in multinationals or Big 4.
• Strong international tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border planning.
• Pillar 2 (GloBE) implementation and compliance experience.
• Experience in tax due diligence and post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead group tax functions including CIT, indirect tax, TP and international planning.
• Manage overseas tax compliance and reporting with timely submissions.
• Drive transfer pricing docs, CbCR, BEPS needs across jurisdictions.
• Lead Pillar 2 (GloBE) rollout in 10+ jurisdictions.
• Advise on tax strategy, cross-border expansion and structuring.
