AIR ENERGI GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipment Coordinator III to oversee the timely movement of materials, equipment, and shipments. You will liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to manage documentation, delivery schedules, and tracking.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in logistics, and proficiency in ERP and MS Office within a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and vendors.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues.
• Track orders and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
