Micron Singapore is seeking a Central Planning Modeling Engineer to serve as a key node in the manufacturing network, quantifying capital impacts of process changes and driving cost-saving initiatives across supply chain, finance, engineering, and planning.

You will develop new tools to streamline planning and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating capital and operational implications to leaders in Manufacturing and R&D.

Qualificações

• Masters' or Bachelors' Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Business-related or quantitative field (Finance, Economics or similar subject area).
• At least 1 year experience in Fab/Semiconductor.
• Ability to turn complex and ambiguous problems into structured solutions in a multi-functional environment.
• Experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and reporting results cross diverse groups.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize deployed capital.
• Lead and communicate improvement and implementation plans across Manufacturing.
• Optimize capacity of installed equipment and conduct tool-level optimization studies.
• Collaborate to understand future tool and process roadmaps and assess capacity impacts.
• Improve financial analyses by automating metrics, process flexibility, and equipment repurposing.
• Spot differences and drive resolutions with collaborators to ensure results.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness while complying with standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
