Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Central Planning Modeling Engineer to be a key contact for the manufacturing network, modeling capital impact of process changes and driving cost-saving initiatives across supply chain, finance, engineering, procurement, production, and planning.

You will develop tools to expedite planning and reporting across the network, with opportunities to apply AI-enabled insights and support cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and interpreting data to draw conclusions and define actions.
• Ability to apply digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools for research and problem solving.
• Experience working in multi-functional teams and maintaining cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead network tool utilizations strategies and benchmark performance for capital optimization.
• Lead and communicate improvement plans to Manufacturing and R&D stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to understand tool roadmaps and assess capacity impacts of changes.
• Automate metrics optimizations and improve financial analyses related to capital equipment.
