Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field; MBA desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and report results to diverse groups.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
• Experience working in multi-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead network tool utilizations strategies and benchmark performance to optimize the company’s deployed capital.
• Lead and communicate improvement and implementation plan to Manufacturing and R&D.
• Optimize capacity of install equipment and lead site/tool level optimization studies for throughput.
• Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps; assess network capacity impacts.
• Improve financial analyses by automating metrics optimizations, process flexibility, capacity sharing and equipment repurpose.
• Attention to detail and ability to work when information is fluid.
• Spot differences to drive resolutions with collaborators.
• Craft reports and benchmarks to ensure department goals are met.
