Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Tools and Network Optimization professional to lead capacity planning, tool utilization strategies, and performance benchmarking to maximize capital efficiency.

You will collaborate with manufacturing teams and partners to map tool roadmaps, assess capacity impacts of process changes, and apply AI-driven insights to guide capital investments and process flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage network tool utilizations strategies and benchmark performance to optimize the company’s deployed capital
• Manage and communicate improvement and implementation plan to all relevant levels and functions in Manufacturing
• Optimize capacity of install equipment and lead sites and tool level optimization studies for efficiency improvement
• Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps.
• Able to assess network capacity impacts of process changes
• Using AI to strengthen capital investment decisions by optimizing financial metrics, improving process flexibility, enhancing capacity sharing, and identifying equipment re-purposing opportunities before equipment purchases
• Attention to detail and ability to work in situations where changes is fluid
• Ability to spot, question and highlight differences to drive resolutions with relevant collaborators
