The Senior Material Manager at KLA Corporation will lead and optimize global material planning, procurement, and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-efficient supply chain operations in support of manufacturing and customer fulfillment.

This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive improvements across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance teams to meet business objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, business, engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8–15 years in material management or procurement with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced planning; CPIM/CSCP/PMP desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic material plans and inventory policies aligned with production.
• Manage inventory across sites to reduce costs and avoid stockouts.
• Lead and mentor material planners and buyers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers; negotiate contracts.
• Drive process improvements in material management and analytics.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
• Manage obsolescence and end-of-life materials.
• Lead demand planning and S&OP processes.
