Job summary
MCITS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Technology Support specialist to deliver Level 2 production support for Murex and related front-office trading, risk and market data applications.
You will monitor health, investigate incidents and drive improvements in a fast-paced financial environment. You will work with global teams across regions, collaborating with developers, infrastructure and risk/control functions to ensure stability, manage incidents, and support automation
Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting business-critical applications in banking/financial services or markets technology.
- Experience with incident investigation and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading environments and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 production support for Murex and front-office applications.
- Monitor application health, batch processes and services to meet SLAs/OLAs.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and data discrepancies with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and vendor teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Support testing and validation of fixes and new functionality.
- Maintain documentation and engage in knowledge sharing.
