Job summary

DBS Asia Central is seeking a skilled Murex/TECH operations specialist to provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications. You will monitor performance, analyze logs, and collaborate with development teams to optimize configurations while driving automation to reduce manual tasks.

The role includes on-call rotations and weekend implementations for new product features, in a fast-paced environment that values clear communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Murex and modules (e-Tradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex production issues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment and support on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements.
• Drive automation initiatives using scripting and modern tools to eliminate manual operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Participate in duty support rotations, including on‑call support and weekend implementations for new product features when required.
