Job summary

Guotai Junan Futures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive growth in the global futures market.

You will develop strategic plans, cultivate key client relationships across hedge funds, commodities traders, and HFT firms, and conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities. Fluency in English and Chinese and a strong track record of hitting targets are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
3+ years' futures brokerage experience.
Fluency in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal skills.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients globally (Hedge Fund, Commodities Trading Company, HFT Prop, etc).
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.
Stay informed on developments in Chinese and global financial markets, including regulatory changes and industry trends.
Exceed sales targets through client acquisition and retention strategies.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure loyalty.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on the company's products and services.
Work closely with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage a comprehensive client database.
