Richwell Global Forwarding Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors in Singapore. You will inform customers about collection, shipping, and arrival dates and ensure shipments are processed accurately in the system.

You will ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and relevant authorities, lead a team of 6–8 juniors, and report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management required.
• 3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Import/Export procedures for Air & Sea freight.
• Knowledge of Tradenet and Sysfreight is a plus.
• Pro-active with leadership ability.
• Ability to motivate and manage a dynamic service-oriented team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused.
• Good written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Inform customers and all parties on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date).
• Process and prepare shipments in the system; ensure permits comply with Singapore regulations.
• Maintain familiarity with regulations for Singapore Authorities (SFA, NParks, HSA, NEA).
• Data entry of shipment details and invoices into the system.
• Lead a team of 6-8 juniors.
• Report to Operations Manager.
