Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Chem/Gas Manager for Global Facilities in South Asia. The role leads a multi-discipline engineering team across engineering, design, construction, and operations, ensuring flawless execution aligned with global standards, reliability, and sustainability.

You will drive strategic initiatives, engage with stakeholders, and mentor staff while guiding large-scale design and construction programs within Micron’s South Asia network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Semiconductor and/or Facilities related industry.
• Technical expertise on Facilities and Semiconductor Chemical and Gas Systems.
• Ability to build and lead teams and develop people to meet strategic objectives.
• Ability to travel 50–60% of the time or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering team and provide engineering system ownership and technical support for Micron Site Network in South Asia.
• Oversee greenfield FAB design and construction projects in South Asia across planning, scheduling, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with global and regional facilities, construction, procurement, operations, and manufacturing teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Provide technical advice, support, and leadership on facilities engineering best practices and standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic programs within Global Facilities.
