Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical/ELV Manager for Global Facilities South Asia.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, provide engineering system ownership across Micron site networks, and ensure flawless execution from design through start-up, with a strong focus on standardization, reliability, and sustainability. The role emphasizes strategic planning, collaboration across global teams, and driving initiatives to improve efficiency and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 15–20 years experience in Facilities within the semiconductor industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–60% of the time to Micron sites and FAB projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering team and provide technical ownership for Global Facilities.
• Oversee Large-scale Greenfield FAB design and construction projects in South Asia.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability across facilities programs.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional teams, Site Facilities, Construction, Procurement, and Manufacturing to deliver projects on time and within budget.
