• Lead multi-discipline engineering team for South Asia facilities.
• Oversee FAB design and construction projects on time and budget.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional facilities, site teams, and contractors.
• Drive standardization, innovation, sustainability, and reliability.
• Provide technical advice and support to project planning.
• Mentor and develop team career paths.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
