Job summary

Deel is building the future of work. The Senior Enablement Manager will equip teams with knowledge, skills, resources, and training to drive adoption of best practices and improve overall team performance. You will scale enablement programs that impact Deel’s growth across global markets.

You will develop and lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions, collaborate with leaders to tailor content for diverse roles, and measure KPI progress to inform stakeholders on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field.
• Minimum two years experience working with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Customer Success, Payroll or Product.
• Proven track record designing and implementing programs that drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enablement programs to drive high performance across client-facing teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and gaps across global teams.
• Create and maintain training resources and onboarding materials.
• Lead e-learning or live training sessions for new hires and monitor onboarding progress.
• Implement and manage enablement tools and platforms to support team success.
• Analyze team performance data and report progress against KPIs to stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team members.
• Support knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure easy access to information.
• Ensure enablement initiatives align with Deel’s strategy and objectives.
• Provide coaching to leverage enablement resources to improve performance.
