Binance Singapore seeks a seasoned product legal lead to guide regulatory strategy across the full product lifecycle—from ideation through launch to ongoing operations—across global markets. You will partner with product, engineering, compliance, risk, and business development to embed legal considerations, build scalable governance, engage regulators, and drive growth in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Formación

Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with international regulatory experience.
10+ years of regulatory legal experience in tech/fintech/crypto environment.
Deep knowledge of global financial product regulation including spot/derivatives and digital assets.

Responsabilidades

Serve as Binance’s global product legal lead across the full product lifecycle.
Advise product teams on regulatory implications of new features and market expansions.
Lead assessment and mitigation of regulatory risks across Binance's product suite.
Embed regulatory considerations into product development with product, engineering, compliance, risk and BD teams.
Build and maintain scalable product compliance frameworks and controls.
